Hot Foiling & Pyrography

Hot foiling and pyrography add bold, unforgettable detail to your leather, faux leather, and wooden gifts—bringing next-level customization your event didn’t know it needed.

Names, initials, monograms, short phrases, and decorative details can be added by hand using either hot foiling or pyrography, depending on the material, finish, and feel of the piece.

With hot foiling, heat and pressure are used to press metallic foil into surfaces such as leather, creating a crisp, polished impression with a refined finish. At a live event, that might mean adding a guest’s initials to a luggage tag, notebook, accessory, or keepsake in gold, silver, or another foil selected to complement the piece.

With pyrography, names, words, and decorative details are burned directly into the surface by hand. The result has a warmer, more organic character, with the natural grain and texture of the material becoming part of the finished piece.

Both processes bring a tactile quality to personalization and give guests the opportunity to watch their item take shape in real time. Depending on the event or project, they can function as standalone activations or be combined with other personalization services for a more layered guest experience.

Hot foiling and pyrography are available live at events and for select in-studio brand and event projects, including retail partnerships, gifting programs, gifting suites, and curated multi-piece commissions.

In-studio personalization is not currently offered for individual one-off requests.
